Return and Refund Policy

Here is our refund and returns policy – Feel free to have a read over before you purchase with us. We are very proud to say that we are very onto our customer service and put the time and effort into making you (our customer) happy. This page is to explain all our returns and exchanges policy's here at MuckUp Clothing. 

*  If a change your mind at any time, all items are subject to a credit to the same dollar value. 

    This store credit will expire after a one-year period. 

*  Please inspect your order upon reception 

* Refunds are NOT provided, unless a purchased item is faulty and returned within 14 days of purchase.  We will then examine the faulty item and offer you a refund. Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

*  you can contact us at Info@muckupclothing.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

-- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. --

*  Item(s) strictly must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. 

 * If you cancel your order we will offer you a store credit to the same dollar. 

This store credit will expire after one-year.

* Sale items and clearance items are strictly not eligible for return.

* If an item is faulty and a refund does occur, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above.

*  You are full responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
